Without real results that improve their lives and solve their problems, users will not adopt the product, and there will be no business to speak of. That’s why in all my work I put the customer’s success first.
Process
If something needs to be done twice and every time in different steps, it means it needs a process. I always watch out for the opportunity to optimize in ways that are scalable and repeatable. And with AI tools, it has become really fun!
Team
No single mind can be better than the two combined. Working in isolation will not deliver the best possible solution, so it’s critical to unlock every team member’s strengths. Diverge <> Converge and cherish the power of brainstorming.
Outcomes
I believe that the quality of work can only be truly evaluated by the impact it has on the metrics. Agreeing on what success looks like and rigorously tracking what/why changes allow for a constant movement forward.
Experimentation
Innovation is rarely possible without a series of failures. Trying things out fast, measuring, and iterating gets me faster to the maximum value discovery.
Self Development
Never stop growing! Acquiring new skills, improving existing ones, working on the weaknesses - all that will be directly reflected in the work that I do for my customers.
